All of us at TRAXmap are particularly concerned about privacy and assure you that we all take responsible steps to ensure your privacy is never violated.

 TRAXmap does not sell, exchange, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding any client or user to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will never be used in ways to which you have not consented. Once entered into the TRAXmap tracking database, your information can only be accessed by myself and my named and vetted Database Manager, and all password access by us is monitored and recorded in the database access log. The physical database is held at a secret location away from the TRAXmap offices, and all database backups are kept at a national bank.
 
When you purchase products from TRAXmap  or register for TRAXmap services, I suggest you remain on our mailing list so you can be notified about special offers, new products, our free-to-enter competition and twice yearly newsletter on tracking issues.
 
 TRAXmap  will never release any registered details of TRAXmap users. The only exception to this will be if ordered to by a court in the jurisdiction of the supplier of the appropriate tracking unit or a UK court order.
 
All clients that we name have given their express permission for this to be the case and they do so for the benefit of their advertising exposure. All associated TRAXmap franchises are bound to legal agreements on confidentiality before TRAXmap will accept them as suppliers of its products.
 
 All of us at TRAXmap value your opinions, security tips, product commentaries and testimonials. With your permission, we may share some of these on the TRAXmap site or newsletter for the benefit of other users. Full acknowledgement of your comments will be given to you privately.
